Refund policy

At LaCelie, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You can return your first order for a refund within 90 days. If your order contains multiple units of the same product, only one unit is eligible for a refund. Any additional units must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

The returned items must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle in order to qualify and must have been purchased through www.lacelie.com. We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other products for refund or exchange. Complimentary gifts with purchase items must be included to be eligible for a refund.

Subsequent Purchases Return Policy:
For all subsequent purchases, we accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns for products purchased after your first order will not be eligible for a refund after 30 days.

Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking fee: A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Be sure to include your Order Number and Zip Code in your email, or have them ready when calling. Once the return is processed, you will be notified, and your refund will be issued. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. It may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund. 

Bank processing times may vary, and some financial institutions may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
Refunds may take longer to process during peak times such as holidays.

Returns for damaged or defective items 
Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery. If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, the customer must notify LaCelie's Customer Support at support@lacelie.com or by phone +1 (601) 891-1759 as soon as possible.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Customers may be required to submit photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the claim review. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under this policy and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

LaCelie will review the claim and, if approved, provide either a replacement item or process a refund.

Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

First Subscription Shipment – 90-Day Guarantee (One Unit Only)

Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, allowing you to try the product risk-free.
However, to prevent abuse of the subscription system, the following rules apply:Only one (1) unit from your first subscription order is eligible for a refund.

  • That unit may be opened, as long as at least 50% of the product remains.
  • Any additional units in the same first shipment must be unused and unopened to qualify for return.
  • Refund requests for the first shipment must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

This ensures customers can try the product while keeping fairness for all subscription users.

Subsequent Subscription Shipments (After the First Order)

All subscription shipments after your first order follow stricter return rules to prevent misuse:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened or partially used products from subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining quantity.

This aligns with our policy for all subsequent purchases and prevents repeat use-and-return behavior.

Cancellation After the Two-Cycle Minimum

Once you have completed your second subscription cycle:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations apply to future charges only.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Processed or Shipped Subscription Orders

Any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped is not eligible for cancellation.
If the order has not yet been processed at the time of the request, we will attempt to stop the shipment and issue a refund when applicable.

Changes to Your Order
Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day, depending on the time of order placement. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate any modifications.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact LaCelie customer support at support@lacelie.com as soon as possible. We cannot take responsibility for shipping errors after the order has been dispatched.

Exceptions to Return and Cancellation Policies
Certain products may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or refund under our standard policies, including but not limited to:

Payment Failures:
If your payment fails or is declined for any reason, you will be notified immediately during the checkout process. You may attempt to resolve the issue by providing a valid payment method. If payment cannot be successfully processed after several attempts, your order will be canceled. LaCelie is not responsible for delays in order processing caused by payment failures.
