Shipping policy
Currently, LaCelie products are available exclusively within the United States. All orders must include a valid US shipping address for delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policies
When entering your details during checkout, you confirm that the shipping address provided is correct. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. LaCelie cannot be held responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address if the shipping details provided by you are inaccurate.
If your order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any reshipping fees. LaCelie does not assume responsibility for orders that are incorrectly delivered or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice that the shipping information entered is incorrect after completing your order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@lacelie.com. We provide customer support to assist you. Orders are typically shipped the same or next business day, depending on when the order is placed. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. While we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Processing Time
LaCelie processes and ships orders only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow for extended delivery times during holiday periods or extended weekends. Please note that modifications to orders after they’ve been placed cannot be guaranteed.
We provide delivery confirmation for all orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Delivery times may vary depending on the region.
Typically, deliveries will take 4-6 business days from when the order is processed. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.
LaCelie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order. If you believe your package has been misplaced, despite delivery confirmation, please contact the relevant shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) to initiate a claim. We will provide delivery confirmation, including tracking information and the date of delivery, to assist you in filing the claim.
Shipping Protection
If you selected Shipping Protection for your order, this is a one-time option. Shipping Protection covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. For subscription orders, Shipping Protection applies only to the first order and does not cover subsequent shipments. If a parcel is lost or damaged, it’s essential to verify the cause. If the shipping address was provided correctly and the shipping carrier confirms that the package was lost or mishandled, LaCelie will reimburse you for the cost of the affected items. Please contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) to initiate the claim. Once they confirm the loss, we will process the reimbursement for the affected items.
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.
In rare cases, USPS or DHL may not update the tracking information until after the package is delivered. If this happens, we are unable to provide further details until the delivery window has passed.
